The Highway Hikers will host their 38th Annual Christmas Toy Run on Sunday, October 15, 2017. The event will start at 1:00 PM at the VFW located at 1587 Lake Road in Medway, Ohio in Bethel Township.

The Toy Run will travel from the VFW south to Gerlaugh Road to Lower Valley Pike. It will continue past George Rodgers Clark Park onto Route 4 and past the Masonic Home into Springfield. They will take Main Street through Springfield to Bird Road to South Charleston Pike. The run will end once they arrive at the Clark County Fairgrounds where the toys will be delivered.

According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, the Toy Run will be in a continuous line from start to finish and could delay traffic for up to an hour once in motion. “Please plan on using an alternate route if you plan on traveling in or near this area” said Major Andy Reynolds in a media release.  The Toy Run will block traffic from 1:00 to 2:00 PM this Sunday.
