Jeff Stover, 49, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Sunday morning, May 15, 2016 in Hospice of Springfield.  He is preceded in death by his father, Ted Stover and brother, Coby Stover. He is survived by his mother, Charlotte Estes; his sister, Cassie Davis and nephews, Seth and Chad Stover. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10 AM-12 PM, Thursday, May 19, 2016 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR AND FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio, following services lunch will be served at the Eagles in the back room.
