89, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2015. She was born May 13, 1926 in Fairfield, Ohio the daughter of the late Henry & Elizabeth (Schmelzer) Boch. She is survived by her sons, Kenneth (Diane) Lokai, Steven (Loretta) Lokai, Robert (Karen) Lokai, and Richard Lokai; her daughters, Rita (Stephen) Crutchfield, Kathyrn (Alvin) Putterbaugh, Anita (Tom) Goodman, Karen (Scott) Britain, and Ann (Shane) Owens; 21 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roman Lokai. A gathering of family and friends took place on Friday, November 20, 2015, 5pm-8pm and Saturday, November 21st 9:30am-10:30am  at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, New Carlisle, Ohio. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11:00 am on Saturday November 21, 2015 at the church.  Burial followed at the New Carlisle Cemetery.
