Zane “Tag” Zeller 86, passed away August 27, 2015, in Bradenton, Florida. Zane was born to Arthur and Jesse (Williams) Zeller on October 1, 1928, and raised in Medway, Ohio. He graduated from Olive Branch High School in 1946 and was a graduate of the University of Dayton. Zane was employed at the Duriron Co. for 36 years and owned the Gee WhiZZ Ice Cream Shop and Zeller’s Flowers.

Zane was a man of many talents and interests. His love for life was displayed in his wide array of hobbies, his interest in others, the fun he created, and the many

memories he made with his family.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Judy (Brown) Zeller, his children, Stephen (Becky) Zeller, Julie Zeller (Terry Calkins), Scott (Laura) Zeller, Jan (Darrell) Thompson, former wife, Barbara Gordon, and stepson, Jeffrey (Christine) Stallman, along with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His sisters, Julia Walker and Marileen Heironimus, and brother, David Zeller, remember him with fondness. Zane was preceded in death by his sister, Marjorie Lee, and brother, John Zeller.

A memorial service will be held at the New Carlisle Church of the Brethren, 219 N. Main St., on Saturday, September 12, at 11:00. Donations in Zane’s memory may be made to Tidewell Hospice, 3355 26th St. W., Bradenton, FL 34205.
