Over the weekend of June 17-19, 175 of Opal Cole’s friends and families gathered at the home of Dave and Doris Dysinger to celebrate her 90th birthday (June 19th). It was a beautiful celebration by Opal’s sister, sister in-laws, cousins, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and in one family represented... great great grandchildren! The local blue grass group, The Dixie Ryders performed, while children played, and adults caught up with each other. The celebration also acted as a double family reunion for the Taylor (Opal’s) Family and the Cole (Owen, Opal’s late husband’s) Family. It was a beautiful celebration of life and family on a picture perfect weekend.
