The Ohio 881 Air Force Junior ROTC at Tecumseh High School is very active in our school and community affairs.
For the second year in a row they are holding the American Dream Raffle. This charity event helps the ROTC collect funds needed to continue their many activities. This is the 10th year for the American Dream Raffle. This year it has many great prizes including the grand prize of $100,000 cash. Second place is a 2012 GMC Canyon SLE truck valued at $21,100. Third place is an Atlantic Paradise Island Resort Trip for two. This includes airfare, four days and three nights, and $500 cash. Even for eighth place there are sixty winners. You must be eighteen years of age to purchase a ticket. A bronze ticket, with two chances to win is $49. A silver ticket price, with five chances to win, is $99. A gold ticket is $129, giving you ten changes to win. The odds of winning a prize, with the purchase of a Gold Ticket, are a guaranteed one in nineteen. Buy a total of four anytime before the final drawing and you will receive another two free. The ROTC asks that you help their charitable cause, while giving yourself a great chance at winning an outstanding prize. The first early bird drawing is March 8th. Past buyers could collect $10.00 and still be eligible for all other prizes. You may pick up the entry forms at Tecumseh High School. If you know any ROTC cadets feel free to ask them to pick one up for you as well as ask any questions that you might have. If you have any questions, please call Colonel Fred. L. Shuster (Senior Aerospace Science Instructor) or MSgt Antonio G. Ruiz (Aerospace Science Instructor) in the Tecumseh ROTC office at (937) 845-4464 or fax to (937) 845-4547. Thank you for your support throughout the year as a community. Comments (0) |
