Junior Achievement of Mad River Region has received the non-profit organization’s 3 Star Award. The annual award is given to Junior Achievement offices for outstanding performance in areas such as student growth, total revenue growth, and an increase in the number of classes reached during the past fiscal year.

“This award confirms that our office is among the top performing JA operations in the nation,” said Louise Lambert, president of Junior Achievement Mad River Region. “Our effort has resulted in the most important bottom-line results of all, making a real difference in the lives of students in Clark, Champaign, Madison, and Logan Counties.”

During the 2015-2016 school year, our Junior Achievement off reached more than 8,600 students in grades kindergarten through twelve in the four county area. Junior Achievement is the world’s largest organization dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy. Through a dedicated volunteer network, Junior Achievement provides educational programs that focus on three key content areas: entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy.
