A resident of Park Layne held one of two winning tickets sold in the November 17, Rolling Cash 5 game. Faye Elam won one-half, $50,000 for matching all five numbers. Â After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Elam receives a check for $34,500. Â Using auto lotto, Elam purchased the winning Rolling Cash 5 ticket from Quality Food Mart, 127 Weiland Street in Park Layne. The winning numbers were 1-9-16-22-32.
