Rebekah A. Captain, 40, of Huber Heights, Ohio passed away Sunday July 11, 2010.

She was born March 17, 1970 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of Charles & Linda (Cantrell) Captain.

She is survived by her parents; two brothers, Larry & Melissa Amburgey, Lance Amburgey; five sisters, Lisa Viers, Rachel & David Coleman, Elizabeth Captain, Lori Amburgey, Angela Amburgey; step-brother, James Booher, step-sister, Sarah Booher; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Charles Captain, Jr.

Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday July 15, 2010 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio.

Funeral services will be at 8 PM in the funeral home.
