JO ELLEN COTTRELL, 63, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Wednesday July 21, 2010.

She was born January 23, 1947 in Urbana, Ohio the daughter of late Richard & Martha (Cheeseman) Lacey.

She retired from Northwestern School system.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, David; two sons, John & Tarasa McCluskey of Columbus, Ohio, David & Ava Cottrell of Hilliard, Ohio; daughter, Kriston & Maurice Fannon of London, Ohio; three grandchildren, Rosemarie, Skylar & Hope; brother, Eric & Margy Lacey of Urbana; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 5-8 PM Friday July 23, 2010 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday in the funeral home with Deacon Bob Kozlowski officiating.

Burial will be in Honey Creek Cemetery.
