Norval “Mac” McElfresh, 76, died Monday, August 23, 2010 in Springfield, Ohio.

Norval was born on December 31, 1933 the son of the late Ralph and Hazel (Clark) McElfresh.

He retired from Rich Products, formally Blue Bird Pie Company after 30 years of service.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Cora M. McElfresh; 5 children, Brenda of Fairborn; Dorinda of New Carlisle; Rodney of Piqua; Diana of Bellbrook; Annette of Springfield; 17 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Robert.

A gathering of family and friends was held on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 from 11 AM to 12 PM in the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR AND FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, OH. Burial took place at the Bear Creek Cemetery.
