The Ohio Department of Transportation District 7 is seeking public comments regarding the following projects:

CLA-41-2675/2693/2918, PID 94672 – ODOT proposes to replace three culverts carrying Donnels Creek and its tributaries under State Route 41 in Pike and German Townships, Clark County. The project is necessary to address the deteriorated condition of the culverts.

MOT-SR48 at I-70 L/A Permit – ODOT proposes to issue a permit to allow for drive modifications and construction of a right turn lane on SR 48 within the limited access right-of-way north of the I-70/SR 48 interchange.

MOT-Springfield Street Reconstruction, Phase 1, PID 95842 – The City of Dayton proposes to reconstruct Springfield Street from First Street to Lonoke Avenue. The project will be undertaken consistent with the City’s Livable Streets Policy.

MOT-Third Street Safety, PID 101558 – The City of Dayton will install bumpouts at the intersections of Third & Perry Streets and Third & St. Clair Streets. The project is intended to improve safety.

Comments may be submitted by contacting the individual below. Issues the public may wish to comment on include, but are not limited to, the effect of the project on local residents, air quality, the local economy, and historic or cultural resources. Comments should be submitted by Friday, November 27, 2015.
