A Bethel Township man is facing charges after a traffic stop in Bethel Township Sunday afternoon.
Clark County Sheriff's Deputy Bryan Beller was on patrol in Bethel Township when he initiated a traffic stop on Billy Horn for fictitious plates.
Billy Horn, 33, of New Carlisle, was traveling with 2 children in the vehicle.
During the course of the stop, Deputy Beller determined Horn was in possession of marijuana.
Upon searching the vehicle, Beller discovered methamphetamines, apparently prepared for sale, scales, and other drug paraphernalia .
Horn was charged with two counts of Trafficking in Drugs, two counts of Possession of Drugs, two counts of Drug Paraphernalia, Fictitious Plates, and two counts of Endangering Children.
Horn was placed in the Clark County Jail and will be arraigned on the above charges on Monday, February 27 at 10:30 am.
The children were turned over to the care of a relative.
