November 28 1:35 a.m. – To S. Dayton-Lakeview Rd. for a domestic argument. Man reported that he was in an argument with his live-in girlfriend and that she accused him of kissing another woman. There was no violence and no charges were filed. 3:38 p.m. – Woman reported by phone that her son has been receiving threats on Facebook because he was reportedly cheating on his girlfriend. 4:15 p.m. – To Bayberry Dr. for a report of theft. Woman reported that her neighbor told her that someone backed into her driveway and took her fire pit from the back yard. 6:35 p.m. – To Cloverdale Rd. for a custody issue. Man reported that his ex-wife was supposed to return their children to him by 6 pm but did not. He said he talked to her at 5:30 and she said she was not going to return them. Deputy was unable to contact the ex-wife. 9:19 p.m. – To New Carlisle Pike for a report of a burglary. Woman stated that when she returned home, she found her lights on and her back door kicked in. She said several items were taken. There are no witnesses or suspects. 10:25 p.m. – To Winchester St. for a report of an unruly juvenile. Woman reported that her 17-year-old daughter would not stop yelling. She said she called deputies because she did not know what else to do. Daughter said she was yelling at her mother because the mother will not listen to her. Deputy talked out the problems with mother & daughter.
November 29 7:39 a.m. – To Prentice Dr. for a report of theft. Woman reported that someone cut the battery cable on her sister’s vehicle and slashed a tire on hers. She said that she has been having trouble with her daughter’s boyfriend and suspects him. 8:45 a.m. – To Zimmerman St. for a report of vandalism. Woman reported that overnight someone poured motor oil on her vehicle. 9:24 a.m. – To Bayberry St. for a report of vandalism. Man reported that someone threw motor oil all over his vehicle. There are no suspects. 10:19 a.m. – To Rawson Dr. for a report of vandalism. Man reported that someone threw motor oil on his vehicle. There are no suspects. 11:49 a.m. – To Raynor Park for a report of vandalism. Man reported that someone painted Pac Man figures, words and dragons on a brick building at the park. 12:08 p.m. – To N. Dayton-Lakeview Rd. for a report of theft. Man reported that someone broke into his barn and took two post hole augers and two dirt bikes. He said the items were old and the bikes did not run. There are no suspects. 4:36 p.m. – To Enon Rd. for a report of a burglary. Man reported that he found that a window had been broken out on his stepson’s property. When the property owner arrived, he discovered that several firearms, a TV, a camcorder and $800 in cash had been taken. 8:57 p.m. – To E. Carpenter Dr. for a report of vandalism. Man reported that someone threw food on his vehicle. There was no damage to the vehicle. He said he wanted the incident documented.
November 30 12:01 a.m. – To John Ave. for a report of a domestic argument. Woman reported that she was arguing with her boyfriend over his drug use. The boyfriend said the woman was intoxicated and woke him up. Both were referred to their attorneys. 10:57 a.m. – To N. Dayton-Lakeview Rd. for a report of a break-in. Deputies saw two suspects standing by a vehicle backed up to a barn. They said the property owner asked them to remove a few items. Property owner was contacted and said that no one talked to them. Christopher Wilhelm and Steven Wilhelm, both of New Carlisle, were charged with one count of breaking and entering. 11:35 p.m. – To Union Rd. for a report of a burglary. Man reported that while he was at work someone broke into his home and took several items. There are no suspects and there were no signs of forced entry.
December 1 4:26 p.m. – To Flora Ave. for a report of phone harassment. Woman reported that someone has called every day for a week trying to get her personal information. She was referred to the phone company. 5:15 p.m. – To N. Dayton-Lakeview Rd. for a report of a theft. Man reported that four chain saws were taken from his detached garage. He suspects two men who have been doing tree work for him.
December 2 1:28 p.m. – To Spence Rd. for a report of a phone scam. Woman reported that she received two calls from “foreign sounding male subjects” wanting to give her a new updated medicare card and asking for checking account information. She wanted the incident documented. 5:28 p.m. – To Spence Rd. Man reported that hunters have been in the woods behind his house. He said that today he pulled a shotgun slug from the brick siding on his home. He said he wanted the hunters to be informed of gun safety. Hunters were located and were shocked to learn that they had hit a house. They said they would visit the reportee and apologize for their actions.
December 3 12:17 a.m. – To Pease Dr. for a report of an attempted theft. Man reported that he heard a noise from his driveway and found that someone had cut the battery cables on his truck. He wanted the incident documented. 1:10 p.m. – To Spinning Rd. for a report of vandalism. Man reported that someone had keyed his vehicle. He has no idea who did it or why. 5:40 p.m. – To Sinclair Ave. for a peace officer call. Man was there to pick up his son. Deputy asked the son if he wanted to go with his dad and the child replied “no.” The man was informed of the child’s decision. 7:00 p.m. – To Adams St. for a child custody issue. Man stated that he was to pick up his child but the mother refused to let him have visitation. He wanted the incident documented. 11:33 p.m. – To McKees Mill Run for an anonymous request for a welfare check on a woman who may have been involved in a domestic dispute. The victim’s son said that she had been taken to the hospital. Deputy spoke to victim but she was very uncooperative.
December 4 2:57 a.m. – To Lake Rd. for a report of domestic violence. Woman reported that her boyfriend came home intoxicated and started to yell at her because his windshield was broken. She said he began to take his clothes off and when he took his shoes off he became out of control. She said he threw one shoe at a window and the other at her. She said she feared for her life and wanted the boyfriend out. He was arrested for felony domestic violence and assault and taken to the Clark County Jail. 6:09 a.m. – To Lower Valley Pike for report of a break-in in progress. Deputy saw no one around the home. The woman stated that she was sleeping and heard someone trying to kick her door in. No entry was made and no damage was caused. 1:10 p.m. – To Hyer Dr. for an EMS assist. A 60-year-old woman was unresponsive and had a narcotic in her mouth. Her sons were arguing over one of them giving her the narcotic.
