The key for any team is to improve every season. For the Tecumseh Volleyball team, they are no exception. Coach Michelle Smith is very optimistic for what she has seen in the pre-season so far, as the Lady Arrows, led by seven returning letter winners, look to begin their season in ten days.

With the old saying âthere is strength in numbersâ may be true for those teams with a lot of returning letter winners, the Tecumseh cross country team will rely on their lone senior to give them the leadership heading into the new season. Jasmine Redman stands alone when it comes to senior runners for the Arrows, but coach Dan Vaughan knows, if anyone can carry this team with leadership, itâs Redman.

Detectives from the Clark County Sheriffâs Office and agents from Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Identification participated in a marijuana eradication operation throughout all of Clark County on Aug. 10 and 11.. Acting on numerous tips and sources of intelligence, detectives and agents were able to locate and seize marijuana plants with an approximate street value of $ 33,000.00. The confiscated plants will be destroyed at a later time.
The Clark County Sheriffâs Office will continue the ongoing investigation into these incidents |

 It took the New Carlisle Knights a while to get going, but when they did, they made it count. After the Cincinnati Colts jumped in front by four runs early, the Knights scored seven runs in the final four innings to win their third game of the season, 12-7 over the Colts.

The Clark County Sheriff's Department has been called to the WesBanco Branch on Main Street in New Carlisle on a robbery attempt. According to Clark County Sheriff Gene Kelly, a suspect entered the bank about 9:40 this morning. He is described as being between 5-foot 6 and 6 foot tall,  wearing a Halloween mask, dark cap, khaki pants and brandishing a large caliber handgun He demanded money from the teller which was placed in a pillow case. The suspect left the bank on foot. The Miami County Canine Unit has been called in to help locate the suspect.
