Recycling Available 24/7The drop-off recycling containers at the Clark County Recycling Center, 1602 W. Main St., are now available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Customers can bring their recyclable plastics, glass, metal, paper and cardboard on weekends, as well as during the week. The office will be closed on weekends, but a timer will open and close the gates that control access to the parking lot. If anyone is on the lot when the gates close, they can drive up to the exit gate, and it will open automatically.

If the containers are full, please don’t leave materials on the ground, as this is illegal dumping. Either return at a later time or try the other recycling stations, 529 East Home Road (by the Health District office) and in South Charleston on the Sunrise Cooperative parking lot.

For more information about what materials are accepted and how to prepare them, go to www.32trash.org or call 521-2020.
