We would like to recommend to our fellow citizens of New Carlisle, Bethel Township and the surrounding area to cast their vote in support of the candidacy of Lowell McGlothin on Tuesday, November 8 for Clark County Commissioner.

Mr. McGlothin was born and raised in Clark County, graduated from Tecumseh High School, and attended Long Beach City College in California. After dutifully serving 4 years in the United States Marine Corps, he lived and worked in both California and New York. He returned back to his roots here in New Carlisle thirty years ago to successfully operate his own insurance business, and to raise his family in a community where family values and personal contentment are a priority. He immediately became involved in community organizations. He is a member and Past President of Rotary, New Carlisle Heritage of Flight and New Carlisle Bicentennial Committee, Western Clark County Business Coalition and an active participant in a host of other local and county activities.

Lowell has served on the New Carlisle Council for 15 years, four as Mayor, and during this time has worked tirelessly and with much enthusiasm, effort and energy to serve his community and the citizens, to make New Carlisle a safer and better community in which to live. He has measured up fully to his commitment and responsibilities in matters of public trust, always acting in the best interest of his constituents whom he represents. We can assure you he will do no less for all the citizens of Clark County as a Commissioner.

In any organization, but most especially in the political arena, the light of integrity must beam with brilliance, because it lights the way for all activities and actions. In the end, its deeds, not words, that must stand the test. Lowell McGlothin is a man of sterling character, integrity and ethics. He has established for himself high standards, unchanging principles, a devotion to cause and a dedication to mission. He will be a strong voice for the people and will work for their best interest!

Respectfully,

Bill and Dee Berry
