Fri Oct 20, 27, Nov 3, 10, & 17 from 12-2 pm

Applicant must show proof of ID, of everyone in the household, Driver’s License, State ID, etc. You must bring proof of ID for children in the home, this could be birth certificate, SSN card, Medicaid card, etc.

Springfield Salvation Army Toy Program

Salvation Army has so graciously stepped up and offered to take applications for our families needing toys this year to fill a void from Toy for Tots. YOU MUST GO TO 14 S. Plum St. to fill out an application.

The Application Dates FOR TOYS are: Oct 23, 24, 25, 26, from 9-1 pm and Oct 27 from 2-6pm. THESE ARE THE ONLY DATES FOR TOY ASSISTANCE!

Applicant must show proof of Income,(Pay stubs, taxes, SSI,SSDI award Letters etc)

Proof of Address,(Utility Bill) Proof of ID, (Driver’s License, State ID, etc.)
