Northwestern Football- The Warriors fell behind by 17 points at the half, and fell short to Indian Lake 38-14 on Friday night in a CBC matchup.

After falling behind 10-0 early, Northwestern got on the board when Cole Baldwin scored to cut the deficit to 10-7. Indian Lake pushed their lead to 24-7 at the half.

Northwestern scored late in the game when Baldwin scored on an 18 yard pass from Trevor Gebby.

The Warriors are in action Friday night when they head to Urbana.

Tecumseh Volleyball- The beat rolls on for the Arrows volleyball squad, as they defeated Urbana 25-17, 25-16, 25-11 for their 16thwin of the season. Lindsey Nartker led with 18 kills, four blocks and seven digs, with Zoey Dysinger adding five kills, Laura Hillard three aces and Lucy Eier with nine digs and three aces.

Northwestern Tennis- Five girls participated in the district tournament last week for Northwestern. Addie Smith and Allison Sigler lost to Analia Guzman and Sarah Price of Indian Hill 6-0, 6-2, while Hannah Miller and Destanee Wilson lost to Lauren Sagger and Nicole Tiao of Seven Hills 6-1, 6-0.

Kaitlyn Cummins won her opening singles match against Natalie Choo of Seven Hills 6-3, 6-2, but lost to Amanda Showalter of Alter 6-1, 6-2 in round two.

Northwestern Soccer- Northwestern boys’ soccer team defeated Graham 5-0 last week, while the girls’ team maintained their lead in the CBC Mad River Division after a big 2-1 win over Graham last week. They also lost to Chaminade Julienne 4-0.
